1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Dopamine.so and all prompts, uploads, generated outputs, account activity, and public sharing through the Service. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Dopamine.so to create, request, upload, or share:

  • Explicit sexual content, sexually oriented services, mature-audience adult digital content, or content intended for adult subscriptions.
  • Sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise unsafe content involving minors or people who appear to be minors.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, harassment, doxxing, threats, or targeted abuse.
  • Content that promotes self-harm, violence, terrorism, hate, discriminatory intolerance, or illegal activity.
  • Malware, phishing, fraud, credential theft, spam, evasion of safety systems, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights, including unauthorized celebrity likenesses, impersonations, and branded character content.

3. Safety Controls

We may use automated moderation, provider safety systems, payment-provider risk controls, manual review, and user reports to enforce this policy. Prompts or uploads that violate this policy may be blocked before generation.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve records, or report activity when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, payment-provider compliance, or platform integrity.
